REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Please use one of the following methods:

  • ORDER DIRECTLY TO NURSE

Please advise us the repeat medication and dose you are taking. Also the pharmacy you want the script emailed to.

THERE IS A CHARGE FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

  • PORTAL/EMAIL REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS - $25

  • URGENT REQUESTS/PHONE REQUESTS - $35

Please allow two working days for your repeat prescription request to be processed.

All urgent same day prescriptions need to be sent by midday. Any phone requests for repeat prescriptions will be charged as an urgent script.
