    Please go to Medicross Urgent Care at 8 Egmont Street who will see non-enrolled patients. There will be a fee associated with this. If you are unable to afford to pay for your treatment and it is urgent, please otherwise present to the Emergency Department. There is usually a 4 hour wait at ED depending on the severity of your condition.

  • Generally an appointment with your Doctor will be 15 minutes. This includes time for notes and paperwork, If you know you will need more time, please book a double slot (2 x 15 minutes). This will mean that you will need to pay for two sessions.

  • Enrolment process:

    1. Please email admin@healthspace.nz and the enrolments form will be emailed to you
      or call into Healthspace personally to collect forms at 320 St Aubyn Street

    2. You will need to send a copy of a NZ passport or a birth certificate accompanied with a photo ID

    3. If you are not NZ born, you will need to provide a visa or eligibility documentation for NZ healthcare

    Processing of the new enrolment can take up to 2 weeks as we need to obtain your medical records from your existing GP and upload these to our system before making any new appointments. You will be notified when enrolment is complete.

    If you need urgent care before your enrolment is processed, please see your existing GP or Medicross.

  • Yes you will need an appointment with both the nurse and the doctor

  • No, you will need to see either the doctor, nutritionist or naturopath before being recommended any practitioner only supplements.

    Not a patient and already on a range of supplements? We offer a 15-minute supplement appointment with our nutritionist or naturopath. We will go through your recommended supplements and work out what’s right for you. You will then be able to re-order any supplements required via email in the future.

  • Please email: orders@healthspace.nz with your order. Once filled and ready for pick-up you will be notified by email and text.

  • Send a request through myindici portal for your repeat prescription

    For urgent script requests there will be a charge of $35

  • We have acute appointments available daily, which are filled very quickly. Please call reception in the morning and you will be put on the triage list with the nurses to call you back.

  • All medical calls are ‘triaged’ by the nurses (and not by reception)

  • Our nurses are all qualified and experienced in patient care and their time is valuable. Our nurses receive no outside funding and therefore have to charge for their time. Please respect this. If you feel you have been charged unfairly, please email our practice manager; rach@healthspace.nz

  • Please refer to our IV Therapy page HERE. Please call reception to book a 30 minute appointment with the nurse prior to receiving IV therapy.

  • We have a midwife who can see you for your first appointment. She will go over your due date, refer any necessary ultrasound scans and blood tests and recommend a Lead Maternity Carer. This visit is funded by Section 88 for Maternity Care.
