The cost of your appointment will reflect the time taken for your consultation, any additional time outside of the consultation and any administration costs.

ADULT 18 YEARS AND OVER
Standard appointment in clinic or video consultation for an enrolled ADULT 18yrs and over is from $80

14-17 YEARS
Standard appointment in clinic or video consultation for enrolled 14-17 yrs old is from $52.

UNDER 14 YEARS
Standard appointment in clinic or video consultation for enrolled Under 14yrs old are funded for the first 15 minutes (any consecutive 15 mins after the initial time will be charged out at $49/15mins)

Phone or email consultations for enrolled patients are as above.

PLEASE NOTE consultations are charged as 'time spent with the doctor 'not just the time booked. There may also be extra fees outside of the initial appointment if the Dr needs to do extra work for you.

Healthspace offers a range of appointment types for enrolled patients and although the standard duration of a consultation is 15 mins, we are a time flexible practice. This means patients can book a 30, 45 or 60 minute consultation. The cost for longer appointments is charged out as a multiple of the 15 min charge
(Eg. a 30 minute appointment will cost $160)

We encourage you to book for an appropriate amount of time so we can ensure all clients are seen as close to their time of booking as possible. However, we offer the ability at your provider’s discretion, to extend your appointment during your consultation, if required.

Extended time will be charged in 5 min increments and added to the booked consultation time. Out of courtesy to other clients the maximum unscheduled extension time is 15 minutes.

*Prescriptions are only charged when a medication or other prescription item is requested independently from a consultation. Prescriptions are emailed to a pharmacy of your choice.
If you need prescriptions from different pharmacies, please put these through as separate requests, with the pharmacy names altered accordingly. If you do this at the same time there is only one prescription fee.
